Raised on Cape Cod, MA, Vanessa first experienced her love of the entertainment industry as a ballet dancer at the young age of 5, later evolving into a professional ballet dancer for Ballet New England from 11-19. This was her passion throughout her youth being involved with productions such as "The Nutcracker and "The Entertainer".
Before later graduating from college with a degree in Broadcast Communications, Vanessa was second runner up in the Miss Massachusetts USA pageant at the tender age of 19. She hosted Bridgewater State College's first TV News Show and also mentored Brockton High School youth on the importance of focusing on a positive future. After signing with Maggie Inc. in 2004, Vanessa has worked with some of the biggest businesses in the New England area including Reebok, Gillete, Boston Magazine, Neiman Marcus and Improper Bostonian to name a few. She has modeled with top celebrities in the industry on BET Rip The Runway, and can also be seen on the WHDH Ch. 7/CW 56 News in the "Gretta's Got It" Segment.
